For your convenience, we have the following items available for rent (please ask us for prices): BBQ Grill / XL BBQ (4 Burners) / Pac N Play Crib / Full-Size Crib / High Chair / Rollaway Bed / Single Stroller / Double Stroller / Single Jogger Stroller / Child Gate / Car seat / Baby Bed Rail / Tub of Toys / Transport wheelchairs (They have a safety belt, a 19" wide seat, and can transport up to 300 pounds).

Pool Heat (We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April). NOTE: If the temperature falls below 50 degrees, the heating unit may not heat the pool adequately and may shut down. The pool will only heat approximately 10-15 degrees above the outside temperature during the cold months (If pool heat was not ordered and paid for 24 hours prior to arrival date, allow 24 (plus) hours for the pool to be fully heated. Heating times will take longer in colder temperatures.

First Floor: On the first floor there are two master suites available having its own flat screen in each bedroom. This home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with essential cooking utensils and cookware so you can cook for your family and friends while gathering in this open floor plan concept. The living room is integrated with dining room and kitchen. The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 3. There is another full bathroom at the living room with access to the pool area. The laundry is located on the first floor and includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The garage turned out into a nice game room equipped with a tennis table, pool table and space for games to entertain the whole family.

External area: This home has a large pool including a spa perfect for the kids who will enjoy their daily swim. You’re sure to enjoy hours of fun in the sun! The pool area includes a dining table that seats 6, safety pool fence, 4 outdoor lounge chairs so you can sit back and relax enjoying your barbecue in the Florida on your private lanai. You could not ask for a better resort for you and your family. BBQ Grill and heated pool/Spa is Optional (extra charge).

Second Floor: Second floor includes 4 bedrooms all having its own screen TVs. One is a master suite with a king size bed. Two of the bedroom is a jack and Jill bathroom good for kids and there is another room with a queen bed. A family room offering comfortable couches for you to watch a movie and relax. The Bedrooms are all beautiful offering luxury and the best comfort at the end of the day for all your group members. All linens and towels are provided and the hair dryer will be available in each bathroom. Free wireless internet is available throughout the house and Satellite / Cable as well.
